Art-inspired community raises the bar for the next generation of Senior Living

Mainstreet’s vision for its new flagship building in Carmel, Indiana, was to create a community that takes its industry-leading Next Generation™ model to the next level. The goal was not only to break the traditional Senior Living mold, but also create a contemporary feel that speaks to the art influence in the Carmel area.

When researching the city of Carmel, Aptura’s designers discovered a strong art presence including an abundance of galleries, workshops and studios. The design concept gives a nod to the local art culture via artwork selections and bold pops of color that cultivate an art-inspired energy.
