Strategic design supports rehab-focused care model

Covenant Dove’s vision for their new transitional care and Skilled Nursing community was to create a destination for quality and outcome-focused post-acute care that meets the individualized patient needs. To support their vision, Direct Supply® Aptura® worked with Covenant Dove to gather specific programming information, review the site and codes and understand their budget and timeframe goals.

Thanks to thorough pre-design work, Aptura earned Covenant Dove’s trust as their project representative and construction management advisor. Additionally, our team provided Interior Design, Foodservice Design and FF&E procurement for a comprehensive solution. The result is a clean, transitional interior, welcoming warmth and an operationally efficient design centered on rehabilitation and wellness.
