Strategic and sophisticated designs combine for meaningful Senior Living

HarborChase of Shorewood sets a new standard for Senior Living. By offering unique life-enhancing amenities and focusing on wellness in an environment filled with light, color and texture, Harbor Retirement Associates' first Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Wisconsin soars to new heights.

The location of this unique community initially posed a few challenges for development. HarborChase is situated at the gateway to Shorewood, Wisconsin: a desirable, upscale Milwaukee suburb nestled between the Milwaukee River and Lake Michigan.

The challenging geography in addition to requirements made by the city pushed the design team to create a building that represents an urban aesthetic mixed with refined spaces that can flex from one activity to the next.
